English: Madrid, April 13. The IFIMAC Foundation was officially established with the formal signing of its public deed of incorporation. Following the ceremony, the Board of Trustees held its inaugural meeting. The board is comprised of the Rector of the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Amaya Mendikoetxea, the Vice-Rectors for Scientific Policy and Transfer & Innovation, María Ángeles Martín Cabrejas and Félix Zamora, the Director of IFIMAC, Rubén Pérez, and Professors Francisco J. García Vidal and Enrique García Michel.
This milestone marks the beginning of a promising new chapter aimed at promoting excellence, strategic development and the institutional consolidation of IFIMAC.
Español: En Madrid, el 13 de abril se ha formalizado la escritura de constitución de la Fundación IFIMAC, un hito jurídico que refuerza la estructura del centro. Tras la firma, se ha llevado a cabo la reunión inaugural de su Patronato, compuesto por la Rectora de la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Amaya Mendikoetxea, los Vicerrectores de Política Científica y de Transferencia e Innovación, María Ángeles Martín Cabrejas y Félix Zamora, el Director de IFIMAC, Rubén Pérez y los profesores Francisco J.
