We offer a 2.5 year contract for either a PhD student or a postdoctoral researcher (different conditions apply) to carry out research at the Center for Theoretical Condensed Matter Physics of the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, under the supervision of the young group leader Miguel Bello. The focus of the project is to analyze the dynamics in different quantum impurity models and to see what analogies and differences can be established with conventional quantum emitter systems. The ideal candidate should have a background in quantum mechanics, and condensed matter physics, as well as strong mathematical and programming skills.
