We offer a 2.5 year contract for a PhD student and a postdoctoral researcher (different conditions apply) to carry out research at the Center for Theoretical Condensed Matter Physics of the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, under the supervision of the young group leader Miguel Bello. The focus of the project is to analyze the topological properties of quantum emitter systems in novel parameter regimes and to propose realistic implementations. The ideal candidate should have a background in quantum mechanics, nanophotonics and condensed matter physics, as well as strong mathematical and programming skills.
