The Condensed Matter Physics Center (IFIMAC) offers two positions to develop a PhD thesis at the IFIMAC within the Pre-doctoral fellowships program of the Spanish AEI (Agencia Estatal de Investigación). Each position is associated with one of the following strategic research lines of IFIMAC:
- Física Teórica de la Materia Condensada.
- Física Experimental de la Materia Condensada.

ELEGIBILITY:
Only candidates who can apply to “ayudas para contratos predoctorales para la formación de doctores del Subprograma Estatal de Formación del Programa Estatal para Desarrollar, Atraer y Retener Talento, en el marco del Plan Estatal de Investigación Científica,” are eligible. The candidates should have an excellent academic track record and have to be inscribed in a Doctorate’s program for the course 2021/2022.

All the applications received will be considered, following the FPI evaluation criteria, by the IFIMAC Steering Committee and the best candidates will be selected to apply, through FPI-electronic system, for one of the IFIMAC positions.
